It's Tauf

I redesign teams around AI agents… not the other way around.

For the last decade, my work has lived where building products meets building the teams behind them. I've helped early-stage startups and growing companies turn messy ideas into systems, teams, and habits that scale.

My core belief is simple: great companies come from great teams… and in the agentic era, great teams are designed, not assembled.

AI didn't just hand your team a faster tool. It changed what the team is for. Most companies haven't caught up to that yet.

Today I work as a systems architect and Fractional CAIO for founder-led companies… redesigning how work flows when humans start supervising agents, and rebuilding roles around a framework I created called ORBIT.

I came to this from learning and development. That's not a detour. When AI automates the bottom rung of the org chart, it also removes the rung people used to climb to earn judgment. Redesigning teams around AI and rebuilding how people grow inside them are the same problem… I work on both.

Why this platform exists

Most advice about AI and teams lives at the extremes. Viral “hacks” on one side… dense theory in books and decks on the other. Very little sits in the middle… practical, honest, and tested in real teams.

This platform is my attempt to fill that gap. It's a home for:

  • Frameworks you can use to make faster, clearer decisions about AI and your team.
  • Templates and toolkits for the hard parts… role design, delegating to agents, adoption, and the apprenticeship gap.
  • Deep dives into how real teams are being rebuilt around AI… and what breaks when they're not.

If you're a founder, an operator, or a leader trying to work out what to actually do about AI inside your company… not just buy more tools… you're in the right place.

How to use this space

You'll see two threads in everything here: how the work itself is changing… and what to do about it this week, with the team you have. Every article, framework, and resource is built to be applied, not just admired.

Start with whatever feels most urgent:

Stay close to the work, not the noise.

If you'd like the most useful ideas and tools without hunting through feeds, join the newsletter. Every so often, you'll get:

  • A short, focused note on one problem founders and operators are facing right now.
  • One or two practical frameworks or templates you can plug into your team.
  • Occasional behind-the-scenes from experiments that worked… and the ones that didn't.

No spam, no generic motivation, no content-calendar filler… just thoughtful, practical work you can use.
